VEG NOODLES
INGREDIENTS:
5 Cups of water
Noodles
Oil
2 Green chillies
2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste
1 big sized Carrot
4 -6 Beans
Half cup of cabbage
Half cup of capsicum
1 Big sized onion
Salt
1 tablespoon Pepper powder
2 tablespoon chilli powder
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon soya sauce
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Add some water, Salt, oil and noodles cook for 5 minutes.
2.Using strainer, strain water from the noodles and keep it aside.
3.In a pan add oil , chopped onions and cook until it forms a glass texture then add ginger garlic paste.
4.Add green chillies and cook.
5.Now add all the chopped vegetables and cook for 4 minutes.
6.Give it a stir and now add salt, pepper powder, chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, soya sauce and tomato sauce.
7.now add half a glass of water and cook.
8.Now add the boiled noodles and stir.
9.Serve with tomato sauce and chilli sauce.
