BHEL PURI
INGREDIENTS:
- Puffed Rice
- 1 Boiled potato
- Half onion
- 2 tablespoon of chopped tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of green chutney
- 1/4 cup of sev
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon of chaat masala
- 1 tablespoon of cumin powder
- Red chutney
INSTRUCTIONS:
- 1.chop the onions and tomatoes and smash the potatoes.
- 2.Now add the puffed rice to them.
- 3.Add salt, chaat masala, cumin powder, red chutney, green chutney, lemon juice.
- 4.mix them well and top them with sev .
- 5.Also add roasted peanuts and serve with sprinkled coriander leaves.
