CHILLI PANNER

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 Tablespoons of corn flour
  • 3 Tablespoons of Maida flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon chilli powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon pepper powder
  • 1 glass of water
  • 200 grams cubed paneer
  • 1/2 tablespoon chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon soya sauce
  • Oil
  • 1 onion.
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic
  • spring onions
  • 1/2 cup of capsicum

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.Add corn flour, all purpose flour, salt, chilli powder and pepper powder to a bowl.

2.Add 4 -5 tablespoons of water and make it a paste.

3.Make sure the batter is not too thick nor too thin.

4.Add cubed paneer to the batter and mix well.

5.Add oil to the frying pan.

6.Now add them to the pan and fry until it becomes golden brown.

7.Place them on the kitchen tissue to remove excess oil.

8.Add oil on the same pan add garlic, capsicum, diced onions, spring onions, salt and saute it.

9.Add chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce and add some water.

10.Now take corn flour and add water and mix them.

11.Add this mixture into the pan and allow it cook.

12.Now add pepper powder and spring onions and saute and serve it hot.
