PRAWN FRIES





INGREDIENTS:

  • Cleaned prawns
  • coriander powder
  • curd
  • salt
  • chilli powder
  • garam masala
  • briyani masala
  • corn flour
  • lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.Wash the prawns with turmeric powder and drain the water.

2.Now Add curd to the cleaned prawns, add salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, briyani masala, corn flour and mix well.

3.Add lemon juice let it sit for 3 hours.

4.To a frying pan add oil , when the oil is heated add the prawns.

5.Fry until it becomes golden brown and serve.
