DRY FRUITS MILKSHAKE
" IF LIFE GIVES YOU NUTS, BE A NUT CRACKER"
INGREDIENTS:
- 15-20 pistachios
- 10 almonds
- 10 cashews
- 3 chopped dates
- 2 dried figs
- pinch of cardamom powder
- 2 glasses of milk
- 3 tablespoons of honey or sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add pistachios, almonds, cashews and figs in a bowl of water and wash them.
- Now add these nuts in a bowl and add some water.
- Soak them in water for 60 mins.
- Drain the water and peel off the skin from the nuts.
- Now add the chopped dates and nuts in the blender.
- Blend it until it forms thick , now add the milk and blend it well
- Now add honey or sugar and add cardamom powder
- Serve dry fruits milkshake immediately.
