DRY FRUITS MILKSHAKE


" IF LIFE GIVES YOU NUTS, BE A NUT CRACKER"

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 15-20 pistachios
  2. 10 almonds
  3. 10 cashews
  4. 3 chopped dates
  5. 2 dried figs
  6. pinch of cardamom powder
  7. 2 glasses of milk
  8. 3 tablespoons of honey or sugar


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add pistachios, almonds, cashews and figs in a bowl of water and wash them.
  2. Now add these nuts in a bowl and add some water.
  3. Soak them in water for 60 mins.
  4. Drain the water and peel off the skin from the nuts.
  5. Now add the chopped dates and nuts  in the blender.
  6. Blend it until it forms thick , now add the milk and blend it well
  7. Now add honey or sugar and add cardamom powder
  8. Serve dry fruits milkshake immediately.
