CHICKEN BURGER

INGREDIENTS:

  • Chicken breast pieces
  • 1/4 Cup of  Curd
  • Spice powder
  • 1 Cup of water
  • Salt
  • 1 Cup all purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 Cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Burger Buns
  • 2 Tablespoon of Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 cup of mustard powder.
  • 1/2 pepper powder
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomatoes

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.Wash the chicken breasts and add curd and keep it aside for a night or 4 hours.

2.Add curd, Salt, Pepper powder and water.

3.Add salt, Red chilli powder and flour and set it aside.

4.Take the egg add salt and keep it aside.

5.Drain the curd from the chicken and place then in the flour and coat them very well.

6.Dip it in the egg and then bread crumbs.

7.Deep fry in the oil until it becomes golden brown.

8.Now slice and toast the bun on a griddle.

9.Place the patty, lettuce and tomatoes.

10.Prepare a sauce by adding mayo, mustard powder, olive oil, pepper powder, salt and lemon juice.

11.Add tomato sauce between the patty and bun.

12.Serve it immediately.
